A pair of dedicated AI agents — one that manages all email operations (reading, writing, sending, flagging) and one that handles all calendar operations (creating, updating, deleting events and managing attendees) — both integrated into a central Telegram interface.

Problem :
Email and calendar management are two of the most time-consuming daily tasks for any professional. Reading through emails, drafting professional replies, flagging urgent messages, creating events, updating meeting times, and managing attendees — all of these tasks follow patterns that are well-suited to automation but typically require full manual attention.
Solution :
I built two dedicated agents on n8n, both accessible via Telegram. The Email Agent reads and flags urgent emails immediately upon arrival, generates an 8am daily email report, writes and sends professional emails on command, and drafts replies with appropriate tone and context. The Calendar Agent creates events with specified details and attendees, updates existing events, and deletes events — all from a simple Telegram message.
Challenge :
The email agent needed to write in a professional style that matched my voice — not robotic, not overly formal, but consistently appropriate for business communication. Prompt engineering the writing behaviour to produce emails that felt natural and professional, across a wide range of contexts and recipients, required significant iteration and real-world testing with actual emails.
Summary :
The Email and Calendar Agent System handles two of the most routine but time-intensive professional tasks autonomously. Together they save hours of daily admin, eliminate the cognitive overhead of email triage, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks — all from a single Telegram interface.
