Morning Briefing & Routine Accountability Agent
Two time-based AI automation agents: a Morning Briefing Agent that delivers a structured 6am daily summary via Telegram, and a Routine Accountability Agent that sends time-triggered reminders throughout the day.
Year :
2026
Industry :
Personal Productivity
Client :
Personal Build
Project Duration :
1 week

Problem :
Starting the day without a clear picture of what's ahead — pending tasks, new emails, scheduled events — leads to reactive rather than intentional days. Similarly, sticking to a structured daily routine requires constant self-reminders. Both are problems that are perfectly suited to automation.

Solution :
The Morning Briefing Agent triggers at 6am daily, pulls pending tasks, unread flagged emails, and the day's calendar events, compiles them into a structured summary, and sends it to Telegram. The Routine Accountability Agent uses time-based triggers throughout the day — 8am for trading review, 1pm for brunch, midnight for sleep — sending reminders directly to Telegram to keep the daily structure on track.

Challenge :
The briefing needed to be genuinely useful — not just a wall of information, but a structured, scannable summary that could be read in under 60 seconds. Designing the output format, deciding what to include and what to leave out, and making the message feel like a useful briefing rather than a data dump required iteration and real-world testing.
Summary :
These two agents together act as a personal chief of staff — one that starts your day with clarity and keeps you on track throughout it. Simple in concept, genuinely high-value in practice. They're a strong example of how automation doesn't always need to be complex to be transformative.
